Arjun's Chess Academy is proud to celebrate a fantastic achievement on the world stage! At the Sardinia World Chess Festival 2025 – Open C, held in Italy from April 27 to May 3, our talented students — Bahrain’s WCM Wafa Yaqoob and WCM Najla Ahmed — delivered outstanding performances:
🏅 Wafa Yaqoob – Gold in the Women's Section, 6th Overall with 5.5/9 points
🥈 Najla Ahmed – Silver in the Women's Section, 8th Overall with 5/9 points.
Both players trained intensively at ACA in the lead-up to the tournament, and their hard work truly paid off. This marks a proud moment for ACA on the global chess stage! Congratulations, Wafa and Najla! 🎉
