Javokhir Sindarov (Uzbekistan) has made history by winning the FIDE World Cup 2025, held in Goa, India, becoming the youngest champion at just 19 years old. He clinched the title after a tense two-game tiebreak against China’s Wei Yi, finishing the match with sharp and confident play.
